From the wording of the section, the implication is this is morally objectional content. Not medical, political or philosophical debate. The moderation must be done in good Faith.

Section 230(c)(2) provides immunity from civil liabilities for information service providers that remove or restrict content from their services they deem "obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected", as long as they act "in good faith" in this action. Good faith, according to Black’s Law Dictionary, “encompasses an honest belief, the absence of malice and the absence of a design to defraud or to seek an *unconscionable advantage.” The key here is "unconscionable advantage". Silencing a president just prior to an election is a clear case of 'unconscionable advantage" to the other side. Silencing just one side of a political conversation is an "unconscionable advantage" to the other side. Silencing one side of a medical debate is an "unconscionable advantage". None are done in good faith and are in violation of Section 230(c)(2). Don't just give me your unsupported opinion. Any fool can do that and most fools do.
