Black Lives Matter Supporter at Capitol Breach Faking He is a Trump election protestor.

Black Lives Matter Supporter at Capitol Breach Said He ‘Brought My Megaphone to Instigate’ Trump Supporters: DOJ

The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed new charges against reported Black Lives Matter activist John Sullivan for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach, saying that Sullivan allegedly told others later that he brought along a megaphone to incite riots inside the building.

According to court documents filed last week by federal prosecutors, Sullivan, of Utah, is facing new weapons charges. Sullivan, in statements online and in reports, said he attended a number of Black Lives Matter protests last year, posted numerous anti-police and anti-Trump statements, and also allegedly posted support on Twitter for armed revolution.

After leaving the Capitol on Jan. 6, Sullivan was seen, according to federal prosecutors, telling a witness that he “brought my megaphone to instigate [expletive]” and wanted to “make these Trump supporters [expletive] all this [expletive] up” inside the Capitol building.

Sullivan, they said, also portrayed himself as a journalist who was documenting the incident. However, they said that he was actively participating in the breach—and even apparently broke a window.

Sullivan allegedly cheered after he and others entered the Capitol: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This [expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah,” according to DOJ documents.

He also said in the Capitol: “We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “Let’s burn this [expletive] down,” according to the court papers. Federal prosecutors alleged that he attempted to incite others to burn the Capitol down several times.

Appearing to reference his participation in Black Lives Matter events, at one point on Jan. 6, he also was allegedly heard saying, “I am ready, bro. I’ve been to too many riots. I’ve been in so many riots,” the documents said.

And at one point, Sullivan allegedly told Capitol Police officers in the building to “stand down,” prosecutors said.

“There are too many people, you gotta stand down, the people out there that tried to do that [expletive], they got hurt, I saw it, I’m caring about you,” he allegedly said.

Hey guys, I have a knife,” Sullivan also said, according to federal prosecutors. “I have a knife. Let me up.”

Sullivan, notably, recorded a video of the confrontation between protesters and police near the House chamber that included the fatal Capitol Police-involved shooting of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt and, according to the court filings, boasted to a witness that “my footage is worth like a million of dollars, millions of dollars.”

As a result, the DOJ last week said it had seized about $90,000 from Sullivan after he sold the footage to several unnamed news outlets.

Sullivan’s lawyer declined to comment on May 23 to The Epoch Times.

According to reports, Sullivan was involved in organizing Black Lives Matter demonstrations in Utah. He was also charged last July with alleged rioting, threatening violence, and criminal mischief for his part in a demonstration and riot that led to the shooting of a motorist.

“As a protest organizer, John Sullivan is heard talking about seeing the shooting, looking at the gun, and seeing smoke coming from it. John did not condemn the attempted murder nor attempt to stop it nor aide in its investigation by police,” police said in an affidavit last year.

Sullivan, who used the name “Jayden X” online—apparently in reference to Malcolm X—frequently posted on Twitter his support for Black Lives Matter and armed revolution. Black Lives Matter groups in Utah disavowed him in January, describing Sullivan as a “loose cannon.”

Sullivan, according to his lawyers in a filing, sold his footage to CNN for $35,000, sold footage to NBC for $35,000, and sold more to other media outlets.

His lawyers balked at the asset seizure and asked a judge to have the federal government return his money.

“At the outset, defendant notes that he needs the funds in the seized bank account in order to pay his rent and household necessities,” his lawyers wrote. “Additionally, the proceeds of the seized bank account are not the product of criminal activity alleged in the indictment. Defendant is being deprived of his needed asserts is in violation of the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution.”

To date, federal prosecutors have charged more than 400 people in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach. House Democrats and a small number of Republicans are also pushing for a Congress-backed 9/11-style commission to investigate the matter.

Sullivan was arrested by the DOJ on Jan. 14 in Utah and charged with being on restricted grounds without authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct, and interfering with law enforcement. He was released conditionally without bail.

Americans Finally See the Truth. Biden's Not the Rightful President. (Judges)

Americans finally see the truth. They now understand what happened in those 60 cases involving voter fraud in the 2020 election. Trump and Republicans didn't lose those 60 cases. That's clearly a lie. That's Soviet communist-level propaganda.

The American people now understand those judges were intimidated. Trump obviously never lost a single voter fraud case. He didn't strike out. Trump never got to the plate. He never took a swing. The Supreme Court never looked at a case.

You've heard of jury nullification. This was simply a case of Trump nullification.

Many of those 60 judges hated Trump's guts and suffered from Trump Derangement Syndrome. But more importantly, the judges feared for their lives and careers.

No judges were willing to risk ruining their lives by overturning the election. No judges were willing to risk assassination or a crazy Democratic mob. No judges were willing to risk their homes being burned to the ground. No judges were willing to risk their spouse being fired and never finding a job ever again. No judges were willing to risk their children being beaten and brutalized at school. No judges were willing to watch their name forever destroyed by cancel culture.

Most Americans now understand the election was stolen and the courts never ruled against the merits of the case -- that this was simply a case of Trump nullification.

We know Biden's not the rightful president.

John Sullivan, the Antifa and BLM Activist

Antifa Activist Who Sold Footage Of January 6 To CNN, NBC, Had $90,000 Seized By Feds

John Sullivan, the Antifa activist who stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6 and sold footage to CNN, had $90,000 seized by authorities.

John Sullivan, the Antifa and BLM activist who stormed the Capitol on January 6 while disguised in Trump 2020 gear and captured video of the Capitol Police shooting of Ashli Babbitt has had $90,000 – ostensibly the funds he was paid by mainstream media outlets for his viral footage from the day – seized by the federal government.

Sullivan, who posted videos watermarked with Jayden X on social media, claims he stormed the U.S. Capitol – disguised as a supporter of President Donald Trump – in an effort to “document” the civil unrest. “I wanted to be able to tell a part of history,” Sullivan claimed in January. Speaking to the media, he seemingly acknowledged that Black Lives Matter and Antifa were present during the civil unrest, but claimed that “It’s just recording, solely, and not being active in it.” It was later reported that Sullivan sold his footage of the civil unrest to both CNN and NBC for $35,000 apiece.

Yesterday night, Reuters reported that “U.S. authorities have confiscated roughly $90,000” from Sullivan. “Prosecutors have filed additional criminal charges against the man, John Earle Sullivan, a self-described political activist who is accused of entering the Capitol building and participating in the riot,” Reuters reported. Reuters notes that Sullivan boasted, “my footage is worth like a million of dollars, millions of dollars” and “Sullivan sold that footage to several news outlets for a total of $90,000, according to the seizure warrant. The news outlets were redacted from the warrant.”

At the time of Sullivan’s arrest, National File reported, “Despite claiming he only entered the building in a journalistic capacity, the indictment against Sullivan declares otherwise. The 18-page affidavit claims Sullivan allegedly incited violence by exclaiming ‘we gotta get this shit burned’ and ‘it’s our house motherfuckers.'”

Sullivan was previously recorded during an anti-Trump riot in Washington, D.C. In the video, Sullivan pointed at the White House, and said,“We… about to burn this s— down… We gotta rip Trump right out of that office right there.” Sullivan added, “We ain’t about…waiting until the next election. It’s time for revolution.”

Messages from a Discord server run by Sullivan have since been leaked, and, as reported by National File, they reveal that Sullivan sought to disguise himself as a Trump supporter, apparently to record footage and stoke the flames of civil unrest. “In the days immediately following the January 6 protest, one user in Sullivan’s Discord server wrote, ‘I had to wear a Trump hat and shirtm [sic]’ to be able to infiltrate the crowd unnoticed.” Another activist disagreed, and suggested, “Putting on a Trump hat does not make him blend in. It makes him look like a well known activist who was attempting to instigate ‘antifa violence’ narrative.”

Over 3000 white farmers have been murdered since 1994 That's genocide.

Uppity White Man
@SpearOf Juda  Over 3000 white farmers have been murdered since 1994 That's genocide. https://d0dbb2cb-698c-4513-aa47-eba3a335e06f.filesusr.com/ugd/e5b74f_624b7676f2e8450c90433acc4c536604.pdf -The South African police have not made_investigations and prosecution of these farm murders a priority, dismissing them as crimes by common criminals. The government has disbanded the commando units of white farmers that once protected their farms and has passed laws to confiscate the farmers’ weapons. *Let me enlighten you on who owns the land. It's the power of a strong right arm*. *The land belongs to God*. We are just fighting in the meantime. It's not the backward indigenous people, stuck in the stone age, or the Americans in America or the Russians in Russia. It's they who hold power. We all come and go, men, nations, even oceans, and mountains. A recent outbreak of violent farm invasions has led to casualties among white South Africans. The farm invasions are direct results of calls by Julius Malema and his Deputy, Ronald Lamola, for whites to give up their land without compensation or face violence by angry black youths “flooding their farms. https://d0dbb2cb-698c-4513-aa47-eba3a335e06f.filesusr.com/ugd/e5b74f_624b7676f2e8450c90433acc4c536604.pdf Why would they fail? Because white people still create most of the wealth. Blacks could not do it. If S. Africa hates white farmers, why don't they deport them if they want their land back? WHY? when Mugabe threw out the white farmers of Zimbabwe, It went from the breadbasket of Africa to absolute starvation. After working with white farmers to grow crops for generations, they couldn't do it without white supervision. That's why. Does it ever strike you that almost all the rich nations are white? There is a reason. It isn't race; East Asians make more money and are higher educated than whites. What's your excuse why Africa as a whole has always been on the bottom of civilization. If you think it's the white man holding you down_all over the world and has been doing it for centuries, how can you call yourself equal in ability?
